Please consider a like or to subscribe 👍 My first run with the RGT EX86160 "Land Commander". (Not "Cruiser", as it has no license, I guess) 😉 I have changed the wheels and tires, as the chrome wasn't to my taste. And the stock rims are plastic and very light. Stock tires seem soft an grippy, but very small threads means they will be packed with dirt easily. I also added som scale details and attached the wipers and rear view mirror (they are included in the box). I cut the wires for the blinkers (not realistic when trailing I think) REVIEW: It drives well, with plenty of body movement and roll. Nice and soft suspension, even on the back where there is dampers and leaf springs. The scale looks of it are amazing :) Straight axles and small tires and super long wheelbase mean that it gets hung up more than a regular crawler, but that is to be expected. And adds to the different feel and challenge of driving it. This is for looks and realism, not raw performance. 😊 The throttle control is a little touchy, and it seems to be quite fast, even in low gear. A motor with more turns (=slower) and perhaps a new ESC (HW 1080) or a HW Fusion would be recommended to get more fine control. Servo is a bit slow but has decent power. The selectable 4x2 or 4x4 or DIG and diff lock/unlock is not set up 100% on mine. It doesn't engage/disengage too well. I suspect some endpoint-adjustment on the servos will fix the issue. 2-speed works well. The cabin is secured from underneath by 2 tabs in the back and 2 pins in the front. The tabs can be a bit tricky to line up, but are good and secure once fastened. And no visible pins on the body as a result. 👍 The lights are nice - even has brake light and reverse light. A very nice rig - looks amazing and drives well, for what it is - a scale rig.
