Welcome to Week 5 of my Ultra Runner Vlog! This week, I take on the Bright 4 Peaks Alpine Run four brutal days of mountain running that test both the body and mind. 🏔️ From chasing Lucy Bartholomew up climbs to figuring out how to fuel like an actual athlete (not a gremlin 😅), this one’s a mix of pain, sweat, and pure alpine magic. Over 4 days, I cover Mt Buffalo, Mt Feathertop, Mt Hotham, and Mystic Hill — each with its own climbs, chaos, and unforgettable views.
