Today’s class is a 20 minute Vinyasa practice that highlights the hips. As we tap into the lower body and ground down into the floor, we harness a sense of stability within ourselves. This practice was inspired by the Brene Brown’s quote: ‘Don’t shrink. Don’t puff up. Stand on your sacred ground.’ If you would like to bring along a block or cushion, this could come in handy at the very end of class. Otherwise, no equipment needed.
