Is there any warning for serious eye problems. The eye always or the body always Wars us that something is not right it may be subtle. But if you ignore them it can lead to devastating problems. So what are these simple warning signs which one should not overlook it may be in the form of a sudden loss of vision. A sudden loss of vision signifies a serious problem in the eye. It may be the blood vessel in the eye gets blocked the nerve that carries of the impulses has got damaged. It can be because of some injury there's an injury or something which has led to this problem. It can be a cataract which you have ignored for a period of time has become hypermature and it has burst. So a sudden loss of vision is one of the symptoms. Second is double vision. Double vision signifies that there is some imbalance in the muscles of your eye. It can be because of a stroke which is evolving or it can be because of your diabetes which is uncontrolled which is causing this. Another warning signs maybe flashes of light or what we call flashes of light associated with floaters. Most of us have one or two floaters in the eye which keep irritating us and keeps coming in our picture whenever we look at a white background. But if there's a sudden increase in this floaters instead of seeing two you see a shower of floaters. If these floaters are associated with flashes of light when there is no light then it signifies a serious problem the retina behind the eye may have got detached and is pulling on the structures which can cause a flashes of light. So if there's a flashes of light associated with a serious floats then one need to consult an ophthalmologist immediately. Any injury to the eye should not be overlooked maybe a trivial injury but can have a devastating problems in the back part of the eye which can go retinal detachments, hemorrhages in the eye. Other simple problems like crusting in the eye may signify that you're developing what is called as an conjunctivitis. Conjunctivitis is contagious so if you have conjunctivitis. It can spread to the other family members. So it's always better to get consulted and treat haloes around the eyes, glare. These are also symptoms which signify that there's some problems decrease in color vision inability to see this can also suggest there something not right.
