Vasquez Rocks - On Location - Star Trek The Original Series

Vasquez Rocks is a ridiculously popular filming location, and has appeared in hundreds, if not thousands of television programs and films. And it's easy to see why once you are there. It's a very alien looking environment, and is also a beauty to behold. In this episode I retrace the foot steps of Captain Kirk and the Gorn from the awesome Star Trek episode "Arena!" This is one of those filming locations that I have been meaning to check out for a long time, but just never got around to. Then one day, I had some free time, so I made the drive up north to check it out. Totally worth it!! Here's a Google Maps link if you want to check it out yourself.
