Gulkand Mawa Cake Ingredients: Atta – 1 cup Baking powder – 1/2 tsp Baking soda – 1/2 tsp Milk powder – 1/4 cup Almond flour – 1/4 cup Jaggery powder – 1/2 cup Dahi – 1/4 cup Mawa – 1/4 cup Milk – 1/2 cup Gulkand – 1/4 cup Salt – Pinch Dry fruits – For garnishing Oil – 1/4 cup Method: In a bowl, sieve atta, baking powder, milk powder, baking soda, almond flour and salt together. In a mixer jar add curd, gulkand, mawa, oil and milk and mix together. Now mix the wet mixture into the dry mixture and make a semi thick batter Pour into a 6-inch cake tin.
