MVS CTF Android Challenges | Magnet CTF 2025 Part 2

Hello YouTube, Matthew here from Forensics with Matt and today I will be talking to you about the Android challenges from the Magnet Virtual Summit 2025 CTF event. In this video, I will talk about how I solved these challenges and the tools that went into it. For a quick summary of what I used, I used ALEAPP for most of the event, although other tools were used. There were two other tools, to be precise: I used the provided version of Magnet Axiom and Affinity Photo. I know, if you're here, you probably know what Magnet Axiom is and why I would use it, but you may not know what Affinity was used for. Well, one of the challenges needed a color sample to be completed. I enjoyed these challenges and I hope that you enjoy my writeup of this section.
