After successfully destroying the Atomic Destroyer Zone, Sonic and Tails go to find a place to relax, leaving the 7 chaos emeralds to rest in unknown locations. Little do they know the next adventure is right around the corner. FANG THE SNIPER has found one of the emeralds, and believes sonic has the other 6, leading him go hunt sonic down. METAL SONIC is back, and he disguises himself as sonic and heads to angel island, where KNUCKLES THE ECHIDNA lives, and causes chaos around the island. With Knuckles fooled once again, he goes to hunt Sonic down as well, not knowing he just faced an impostor. And it seems eggman is back with mors of his badnik army... Will Sonic and Tails collect all 7 emeralds and bring peace, or will there be nothing but chaos? Turquoise Hill is Green Hill's next door neighbor.
