Hello everyone, welcome to my Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy Walkthrough. In this unique video I am covering all of the miscellaneous trophies that are in the updated PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 Port. These trophies only apply to this version of the game. I decided to do an in-depth guide to each of the 7 trophies with video and text to showcase how to get each one. I will add timestamps to this video as well as more detail into the trophies themselves. Enjoy this video and I hope it helped anyone out. Just to note all of this game play is shown after I have beaten the game. You can go for all of these trophies at anytime whether it is straight away at the earliest opportunity and that is what I highly recommend. None of these trophies are missable. On the PlayStation 5 version you can rewind making these extremely easy, and on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 versions you can create save states, not as beneficial as rewind but still highly useful, correcting mistakes and fixing them quickly. 0:00 - Daxterous Performance: Travel to the Blue Eco platform in 12 or fewer jumps in Geyser Rock. This achievement can be done as soon as you start the game. You simply need to make it to the end platform without pressing the jump button (X button) anymore than 12 times. The crouch uppercut method made this a breeze, since this does not count as jumping you can simply use that as an alternative jump method. 1:25 - Jak Be Nimble: Reach the top of the forbidden temple without running out of blue eco. This trophy can be attempted as soon as you go to the blue eco vent and run towards the bridge. This bridge will be built as soon as you approach it. This trophy is significantly easier if you go for it on your 1st attempt as the blue eco platforms won't be moving until you approach them. Going for this trophy with the platforms already moving can be a slight challenge as proven in this video as you do need the blue eco platforms to be aligned in your favour however it is not too difficult and you should do it with ease. 2:26 - Those Were Our Supplies, Jak! - Break 15 Barrels in Rock Village. - This trophy is self explanatory, you simply need to break 15 barrels in Rock Village. There are 26 total barrels to break so breaking 15 of these will net you the trophy. Rock Village is a pretty small area so you should have no problem obtaining this trophy. 3:22 - Eco Slipping - Break all Green Echo Chests on the slides in the Lost Precursor City. - There are 19 total green eco chests to break in the 2 slide sections that appear in Lost Precursor City. There are 8 to break in the first slide and 11 to break on the 2nd slide. On the 16th overall green echo chest, (8th chest on the second slide) hit the dark eco box as it is extremely difficult to hit that one, the explosion of the dark eco box will break that green eco chest and it will count. Break all 19 and the trophy is yours. 4:38 - Lets See Samos Do Better - Earn a record time of 40.00 or better on the gorge in Precursor Basin. - First speak to the gambler in Rock Village as you will need to do this in order for the Dead Man's Gorge section of the area in Precursor Basin to be available to you to attempt this trophy. This trophy requires that you pick up the blue eco clusters and try to keep it throughout the race. If you keep it long enough you will no problem get below 40 seconds. You can hit the lurkers to get air time to get an even better score but because they only appear once and are gone when you hit them and it requires death for them to spawn back, I wanted to show a route that anyone can do. Keep at it and this trophy will be yours. 5:54 - Quench the Heat - Collect 25 cooling balloons in Lava Tube without dying. - There are actually 29 total cooling balloons in Lava Tube. There is a somewhat hidden area that has 4 extra cooling balloons. These as you may know are not needed for the trophy as if you hit all 25 cooling balloons on the main path you will get this trophy. This trophy however at this point in time seems to unlock after you hit 15 cooling balloons. So you should get the trophy at the section where you first acquire yellow eco and have to shoot the power spheres keeping the door locked. Once you popped the last cooling balloon in that area the trophy should pop. In case this does get patched in the future, I wanted to showcase all 29 cooling balloons including the 4 that are somewhat hidden. 8:50 - Look How Far We've Come Jak - Look Towards Sandover Village from the top of Gol and Maia's Citadel. - After you free the Green Sage, you can take the platform up to the top of Gol and Maia's Citadel. You can do this just before you begin to fight them. It can be tricky to see as until you have defeated them the dark thick purple cloud cause low visibility and it makes it hard to see but it should pop when you look at the correct area. The trophy should pop instantly. I hope this video helped out and I personally enjoyed going for these.
