Parkrun | (Victoria) Jubilee Park, Spennymoor, County Durham - September 2025

Join me for a speeded up point of view run at Jubilee Parkrun in Spennymoor, County Durham. This was their 212th event and my 134th. Durham is readily reachable by road using major A roads, with plenty of parking in the car parks in the town center which is near the start. If you are travelling by bus, from Durham bus station, take the X21 to Spennymoor town center. From Darlington bus station, take the number 8 bus to Spennymoor town center. There is not a railway station in Spennymoor itself but both Durham and Darlington are serviced by the East Coast railway line and various trains that use that route. It is a slightly undulating 3 and 1/3 loop course and there is some running around the edge of recreation fields in the park on each loop made, but the rest is tarmac path.
