In terms of direct integration with the masterplan, TRX seems more connected but for Core Residence, I do prefer the level of separation and privacy. Yet at the same time, residents get to enjoy the very well built infrastructure elements. Ultimately this is the location that we measure connectivity from, so tenant profiles would most likely be the ones who needs to be within TRX and its ecosystem. It’s where all public transports and road system connect to. In terms of product segregation, there is a separate entrance also a partition within the facilities deck. This is what surprised me the most, the landscape treatment does isolate out the noise and busyness from the urban environment. But I’m very concerned with the open canvas available still within the township. That’s great for capital appreciation, but it’s gonna be packed with construction activities and congestion. .
