SKYFIRECNC 5 Axis-Align Cut First Demo-Impeller Milling

Hi guys, after months of development, SKYFIRECNC HHR-4 4" 5th axis kit has been developed successfully. This is an isolated 5th axis kit that can be attached to our HVR-6/8 4th axis set. This way, users can have both 4 axis and 5 axis machining capability freely. This compact 5th axis kit is also driven by harmonic unit to get high resolution and accuracy as well as our 4th axis set series. It's now avaliable for ordering together with our SVM-1, SVM-2 series CNC machines. This demo is the first 5 axis real cut work of HHR-4 together with HVR-6. We selected the typical impeller for the first show. The machine is a SVM-1VMC with CNC4650 5-axis controller. Since such demo G codes are very large and will take pretty long time, we set the route step to 0.1mm. Another problem during the demo is the final finishing tool is pretty long and thin (Dia. 3mm). We didn't get a fitful tool here so we used a wood milling tool instead. Obviously, with smaller steps and good tools, user can have better finishing surface.
