FPS High Shear mixers (FPS bottom or Intank Homogenizer Mixer) ensure good mixing and dispersion of ingredients to avoid lump formation before entering main mixer. The Main Mixing vessel is sealed and equipped with vacuum to remove entrapped air and reduce aeration. The contra-rotary agitator (with scrapers) ensures the high viscosity product is continuously mixed and scrapped, avoiding dead zones. FPS Inline Homogenizer creates intense high shear to create fine particles and recirculation loop allows the material to undergo through high shear zones repeatedly, ensuring end product is stable and consistent.
