Rajan meets Numair Qazi, who claims to be a victim of communal riots in Gujarat. However, Numair is actually an Afghan suicide bomber sent to carry out a mission on Indian Independence Day. As Rajan helps Numair gain entry to the Red Fort celebrations, Numair starts to question his mission, witnessing the harmonious coexistence of different communities in Chandni Chowk. Despite his initial intentions, Numair faces a moral dilemma and struggles with his mission. The film explores themes of communal harmony, personal transformation, and the impact of terrorism on individuals and communities.
