Video 2 of 5. This is a series of five videos summarizing my examination of the new Transmission Valve Body, bought from Car ID, that Alan and I will be installing on my 1997 Ford Ranger 2.3L, 2WD truck next week (weekend of 12-5-2020). The transmission model is 4R44E. I removed the cover plate on the valve body and examined it to assure that it contains the following correct parts, which it did: 1) Two vertical spring with caps (one metal, one plastic), 2) Four ball checks, 3) Six 'keepers'. Everything was in order!
