Despite mixed results across the months comprising 2Q25, the IR job market exhibited a healthy market in 2Q25 as actual results across total opportunities, calls, and conversion rate fell within expected value ranges. Tariffs remain a major problem as conversion rates and opportunities seem to strengthen / weaken in correlation with government movements on Tariffs. Conversion rates remain well-below Pandemic levels and historical levels. Lower-level opportunities remain robust, while #1 IR jobs fluctuate month-to-month.
