Bluecast Castable Resins are very well known and they claim their CR3A resins one of the easiest resins to use to gain quality metal castings. So is it? Here I take a look at the WHOLE process, from 3D printing settings right through to finished metal casts. IMPORTANT NOTE : I did struggle with washing the prints of uncured resin. However, keen eyed viewers have spotted that the instructions read "ethyl" alcohol where I used "iso" alcohol, so results could well have been different.
