Nevoid Basal Cell Carcinoma Syndrome has a variety of major and minor findings, many of which involve the head and neck. It is autosomal dominant inheritance with variable expressivity. It's most common/relevant findings for the oral healthcare provider are multiple odontogenic keratocysts (OKCs) and multiple basal cell carcinomas. These findings happen in usual age and location distributions and are atypical than these entities observed in the nonaffected population.
