Creativity has no gender, but opportunity and recognition must be fair for all. Equal pay, equal opportunities, and equal respect—this is the future we must build. When women thrive in the creative economy, the world becomes inclusive, more diverse, and more innovative. Achieving Sustainable Development Goal 5 on Gender Equality is not just about fairness. It’s about unleashing the full potential of our society.
