URP, TNA Sign Pre-Poll Pact

TNA's Uhuru Kenyatta and URP's William Ruto have formally put pen to paper to seal their pre-election coalition pact. In signed instruments that were later deposited with the registrar of political parties it is confirmed that Kenyatta will be the joint presidential candidate with Ruto as his running mate. The two leaders, who are facing crimes against humanity charges at the ICC, hit back at their critics who have labeled their alliance a coalition of suspects, and challenged the international community opposed to their bid to let the Kenyan electorate determine the destiny of their country, through the ballot.
