Another vibratory feeder vision system with two IV2 Keyence units heading out the door. This is a clean room application with stainless floor feeder, FDA bowl coating, and stainless laser cut tooling on our FDA belt conveyor. Camera’s are checking for any double springs that can’t be selected with tooling. Tolerance on the springs being fed on the + or - is to great to select them with standard bowl tooling. This system pre selects springs with bowl tooling, a second selection is done with the iv2 camera’s, giving the customer 100% selection and orientation for robotic installation. System has the AI learning option so it gets better the longer it runs. All of our panels are custom built for each application to you our customers specs. System has a feed rate of 20 ppm on each line. Nice clean build team.
