Hey everyone! While Christmas may be over, Santa is still flying around on his sleigh! In light of the holiday season, I just HAD to arrange this incredible piece, 'Santa's Epic Ride' by Benny Oschmann! 🎄✨ I first discovered this piece through Orchestral Tools' Metropolis Ark 5, and it's been living rent-free in my head ever since! For this arrangement, I added my own twist with some extra percussion, woodwind, and choir elements similar to the original version, while staying true to Benny's newer orchestral score for it! This is a fan arrangement/cover of Benny Oschmann's original work. All credit goes to the original composer. I had an absolute blast bringing my own interpretation of this to life! Self-taught in music composition since the age of 15, he has spent numerous hours actively studying orchestration and composition, discovering his passion for the world of film scoring. He is currently working on original scores for several independent projects, and is contributing as an additional composer to the upcoming indie RPG Mario & Luigi: Star Journey, while continuing to expand his portfolio in both concert and cinematic music. In September 2025, he collaborated with notable company Vienna Symphonic Library to create demo tracks for their sample libraries. Over the years, Anthony has competed in various concert music and film scoring competitions, earning international recognition as a finalist and honorable mention recipient in several events. Most recently, in March 2025, he was awarded the NFMC Mississippi 1st Place Composer title for his piece, Expedition Odyssey. In May 2025, Anthony was invited to guest conduct and collaborate with the DeSoto Central High School Symphonic Winds Ensemble for the world premiere of Expedition Odyssey for Wind Ensemble.
