One week before I recorded this video, I went in for an eye operation called a vitrectomy to treat a macular hole, literally a pinpoint hole in my retina. The operation itself is interesting, and my surgeon was awesome, but the recovery and how you're supposed to deal with it is also interesting, though not always in a fun way. This video is an off-the-cuff recording explaining what happened, why it happened, how it happened, and how you are supposed to treat yourself and recover after the operation. I'm hoping that this might be useful to other people who experience the same thing or who are about to experience the same thing.
