Interfaith Minister, Helen, also goes on a herb walk to rediscover native medicine. Jeremy is a self-proclaimed medical and bare knuckles herbalist, who runs foraging trips around Upton leading people into the world of the Green Man, an ancient symbol of healing & rejuvenation.
