In this meditation, you are invited to shift your perspective toward self-compassion, surrender, and trust. You’ll explore what it means to accept help, to do less without guilt, and to find peace with what’s possible right now. This is a reminder that: You are supported. And there is plenty of time for all that is needful. Give yourself some space to step back, breathe deeply, and let clarity and acceptance rise to the surface. LYRICS - There is plenty of time **************************************** Meditation Written by Jesika Harmon Music Composed by Elizabeth Borowsky Thank you for taking time for this guided meditation today Invite you to gently close your eyes and start with a deep breath in through your nose if that's accessible for you Gently exhaling through your mouth Invite you to see if you can become very present in this moment Maybe letting go of what you did before this and what you're going to do after this Just letting yourself be right here, right now The intention of this meditation is to help you focus on finding peace with what's possible right now Looking at the time you have, what's on your to-do list, what you want to do, what you need to do And invite you to consider the idea that there is plenty of time for all that is needful But you just need to be still to know what is needful Invite you to think about all of the things that are in your life right now Almost like a rock represents each thing on your list, each thing you want to do Maybe you're holding it in a basket Maybe it's a weight on your back Just invite you to think of all of the things on your list The desires of your heart Then invite you to imagine gently letting that weight slide off Maybe you set it down Maybe you give it to someone else Maybe it just gently rolls off of you See if you can lovingly let it go for a moment Noticing that as all you have and want to do is separate from you See if you can consider the idea that there's plenty of time for all that is needful Consider the question, “is there anything on my list that doesn't need to be right now Do I need to be more open to outside help Or is there anything that needs to be on my list that would be helpful, that isn't on there already Now, I'd like to invite you to bring your awareness to the support that exists for you from the earth Maybe noticing where your feet are touching the ground Or if you're laying your back, your legs Or maybe it's the chair you're sitting on that's connected with the earth right now See if you can notice that as gravity weighs you down That beneath you is support that always exists no matter what No matter what you've done, no matter what you haven't done, that support is always there for you Just invite you to feel that for a moment And then remember that you have made it through every challenge you have faced so far Invite you to try this affirmation as we end I am supported And there is plenty of time for all that is needful So in those moments of weight, of anxiety, of pressures of time Remember, there is plenty of time for all that is needful And I am supported right now
