Now it's finally completed and we are gonna check the actual versus drawings. Located in Bandar Sri Damansara, which is a matured township equipped with schools, commercial shoplots, parks and etc, Ativo Suites gets to leverage on all of the amenities, also the brand new infrastructures such as the new DUKE highway connection and the MRT station. Next to the township, we can observe brand new developments coming up and that gives this old address a new breath. Then going into the project, I really enjoyed the choice of materials and furnishes. From the common area to the facilities deck, then into the unit everything seems cohesive. My favourite would be the extensive inclusivity design. There are ramps, tactile floorings and a mechanical system to go up to the gym. It's just awesome. However, being one of the first project in this development has it's pros and cons. Despite the potential for capital appreciation, residents will need to bear the construction noise for the future phases. Also, I actually missed the entrance to the residences twice. It might be inconvenient at first glance but after understanding the masterplan, it made sense. It's great to be documenting the before and after for this project=)
