Look no further! Here is a step-by-step guide to help you create a stunning photo slideshow in just a minute using DaVinci Resolve. First, start by importing your desired images into the media pool. Next, navigate to the effects panel and click on the toolbox. In the search bar, type "paper" and drag and drop it into the timeline as the background of your slideshow. Don't forget to increase its duration to ensure it fits the entire slideshow. Once you've set up your background, proceed to drag one of the images to the second track of the timeline. Make sure the play head is positioned at the beginning of the image, select it, and open the inspector panel. Here, you can customize the zoom effect of the image. Start by setting the zoom to 0.7 and click on the diamond button beside it to create a starting keyframe. Then, move the play head to the end of the image and adjust the zoom to 0.8, creating the second keyframe. Congratulations! You have successfully added the zoom effect to your image. Let's enhance it further by adding a drop shadow. Open the FX panel and search for "drop shadow." Drag and drop the drop shadow effect onto your image to give it an appealing visual effect. To continue with your photo slideshow, select the remaining images and bring them into the timeline. Right-click on the first image and choose "copy" to replicate its effects. Then, select the other images, right-click on one of them, and select "paste attributes." Ensure that you check the video attributes and click "apply" to apply the effects. Lastly, it's time to add smooth transitions between the images. Click on the video transitions tab and clear the search box. Here, you can simply drag and drop any transition of your choice from the available options in between the images, giving your slideshow a polished and professional feel. In just minutes, you have created a captivating photo slideshow in DaVinci Resolve that will surely impress your viewers.
