Except… She had no whisk, no mixer, no measuring cups or spoons — just a wooden spoon, a fork, and a whole lot of faith! 😂 Add in a fan-forced oven she’d never used before, and it had all the makings of a baking disastro! Luckily Michael has used the oven for his bread and helped me. But somehow… it turned out perfect and delizioso! 🍊✨ After the baking fun, we head out to explore two charming Salento towns — Supersano and Ruffano. We wander through narrow alleyways, admire sun-soaked balconies, local piazzas, and the stunning mural in Supersano that brings the town to life.
