I wasn't sure if I was going to need a driver home so my husband went with me. Not gonna lie, I was so nervous when I learned that my eye appointment was half a mile from all of the Portland, Oregon ICE office. Hearing President Trump claim that Portland was, "War Ravaged" really shook me. I don't watch the news, but when the President of the United States says that about something so close to you, the news travels to you many different ways. I nearly cancelled my very important eye appointment, but, you don't get replacement eyes... I was having a serious problem. Needless to say... Portland is fine. Nothing to see here... but...
