दिल्ली नगर निगम (MCD) ने 11 दिसंबर को वेस्टर्न ज़ोन के जनकपुरी और द्वारका मोड़ इलाकों में बड़ा अतिक्रमण विरोधी अभियान चलाया। दिल्ली पुलिस और अन्य विभागों के सहयोग से सड़कों, फुटपाथों और सार्वजनिक ज़मीन पर किए गए अवैध कब्ज़े हटाए गए। इस दौरान टिन शेड, अस्थायी ढांचे, दुकानों का सामान और अवैध निर्माण तोड़े गए। MCD के अनुसार करीब 2,000 मीटर क्षेत्र को अतिक्रमण मुक्त किया गया, जिससे ट्रैफिक और पैदल यात्रियों को राहत मिली। अधिकारियों ने साफ किया कि आगे भी ज़ीरो-टॉलरेंस नीति के तहत कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी। The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) conducted a major anti-encroachment drive on December 11 in the Janakpuri and Dwarka Mor areas of the Western Zone. With the cooperation of the Delhi Police and other departments, illegal encroachments on roads, footpaths, and public land were removed. During the operation, tin sheds, temporary structures, shop goods, and illegal constructions were demolished. According to the MCD, approximately 2,000 square meters of area were cleared of encroachments, providing relief to both traffic and pedestrians.
