What remains of Wabasso campground after Jasper wildfire

At this time of year, campsites in Jasper National Park would usually be packed with campers. Instead, Parks Canada is now focusing its efforts on cleanup and infrastructure restoration. Many of the park's campsites were heavily damaged by the wildfire that tore through the area in July. The west side of Wabasso campground was hit the heaviest.
