Thank you for taking the time to watch my first OChem video! In this video we cover a basic introduction to 1,2-hydride shifts & 1,2-methyl shifts and their mechanisms. I'm currently an undergraduate Physics major at UCSB and have a passion for many other subjects including OChem, Circuit Design, and Mathematics. I'm taking CHEM 109A this summer so that I'm better able to tutor people struggling with OChem in the fall. I hope my videos help as a teaching aid! I plan to cover some basis alkene reactions next, but if you have a topic suggestion, let me know in the comments! Also let me know what you think of the presentation, as I'm still getting the style worked out.
