Hannah Scarbrough shares her journey from transferring out of environmental engineering to pursuing a hands-on career in optical technology at Front Range Community College. With the support of the Metallica Scholars Initiative, Hannah has been able to balance full-time work and school while gaining real-world experience from instructors who are also industry leaders.
