Hello lovelies & welcome back to my channel and welcome to vlogmas day 11!! I absolutely love being in the kitchen & cooking for my family so I would love to share my love for food & cooking on my YouTube too. The recipe… Ingredients: Mince of choice - I used pork but prefer lamb 1 onion sliced 3 garlic cloves finely chopped 2 tbsp mango chutney. One for cooking with and one for serving with. Handful of green beans, trimmed and cut into halves Rice - I made enough for two servings. 1 large tbsp curry paste - I used a mild curry paste from Tesco One chicken stock pot 100ml water 1 tsp turmeric Large handful of cherry tomatoes, cut in half How to: Cook the rice following the packet instructions. I added the green beans to the cooking rice half way for them to cook together. Cook the mince in a separate pan, breaking up with a wooden spoon until browned. Add the garlic, onion, turmeric & curry paste. Mix together well and cook until onion is soft. Add the tomatoes, chicken stock, mango chutney & water. Cook for 5-10 mins. Add the cooked rice/beans to the dish and mix together well. Serve with another dollop of mango chutney.
