This low impact Christmas walking and dance workout is created for beginners who want a lighter workout to Christmas music. Today we will complete 22 minutes of cardio, 6 minutes of stretching and finish with 1 minute of mindfulness. The holidays can be a very busy time of the year so I felt it was important to provide some time to reflect on the year as well. Each exercise move has a theme to get you into the Christmas spirit.
