Vascular cognitive impairment is a common and often underrecognized contributor to cognitive impairment in older individuals, with heterogeneous etiologies requiring individualized treatment strategies.  In this episode, Katie Grouse, MD, FAAN speaks with Lisa C. Silbert, MD, MCR, FAAN, an author of the article “Vascular Cognitive Impairment,” in the Continuum December 2024 Dementia issue.
