Are they worth the money? Yes! All though they do have some draw backs to them. One being that parts for the Kayo's are extremely hard to order and get within a decent time frame. You can go through the dealer or the Kayo website to get parts for them but only certain places carry parts. Iron Pony and WhyGoStock.com both sell parts. Another draw back is the power. The bikes have plenty of power for a beginner to intermediate rider. They lack top end power, you can upgrade the carb, swap the exhaust and get a couple more horses out of the motor. With that being said, they're amazing bikes. With proper maintenance they can last forever. The Kayo K4 and K2 are both worth the money if you're looking for a great entry level dirt bike.
