BTC #41 | How to Connect your Doctor V64 to a Windows PC to Load ROMs FULL Game Development Kit Demo

In this video I show you how to connect your Doctor V64 backup device to your Windows PC and all the settings needed for it to work on both a Windows 98 and Windows 7 PC. You connect it to your N64 for use as a complete N64 development test station. I go very in-depth and talk about the Internal PCBA's on the DrV64 and the many different components it entails. I also briefly show off an Acclaim "ArtSend" development cartridge setup, that was used with the Doctor V64 during the development of Turok 3. I then show a couple of the different software programs that can be used with the DrV64. (TPC2 and RTOOL64). These are used for loading backup ROMs under test, into the DrV64's internal SRAM. As well, you are able to Dump the cartridge data directly to the Windows PC. A pretty cool N64 Homebrew development setup.
