Ingredients 3 tablespoons butter 1 ½ tsp dried oregano 1 ½ tsp dried basil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powdered ¼ tsp red pepper flakes 1 full batch homemade pasta or 1 pound store bought pasta 1 tsp salt black pepper to taste 1 ½ cup whole milk ½ cup heavy cream or half and half 2-3 ounces cream cheese 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp parsley flakes 4 handfuls of baby spinach Instructions 1. Heat a large skillet set over medium heat, melt together the butter, add seasoning and cook for 2-3 minutes. Pour in 5 cups of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Add 1 teaspoon salt and pasta; cook for 12 minutes or according to directions on package. Do not drain the water. Lower heat to medium low and stir in the milk, cream, and cream cheese and cook until the cream cheese has melted, about 4-5 minutes more. 2. Add Parmesan and stir until melted and creamy. 3. Add spinach and stir until it starts to wilt. Remove from the heat. Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
