幾個月前我開了一家名為「日光山茶屋」的茶館，延續了我四年前在宜蘭開墾的日光山野放茶園，以及一間「日光山森林茶書苑」的茶風格書店。很難描述我的工作日常，因為包含了很多內容。除了修剪植物、行銷、活動規劃、展覽策劃、記帳、茶水服務、庫存整理、標價，商品陳設、清潔、進出貨、大量地試茶、品茶，茶席佈置，挑選我喜歡的茶和茶具，或是拜訪客戶。因為我們沒有太多的人手，所以需要很多時間慢慢完成。另外，我也喜歡去茶山和茶農一起製茶，感受從土地到茶湯的過程。我的工作還包含了茶的包裝設計，這是我非常喜歡的部分，或許，這與我的藝術教育背景有關。我喜歡將不同茶類取上有趣的名字，並用不同語言編寫它的介紹，同時尋找更環保的包裝材料。 我們一家人一起工作。茶屋的空間設計是由我和我母親合作完成的。了解清楚喝到的茶的來源與歷史對我來說是很重要。茶的美和它所啟發的感受，除了滋味和氣味外，也充滿了關於美的視覺經驗。當然，我還花了很多時間進修、了解茶的知識、認識新的滋味，和學習不同地區的茶文化。茶在我的生活中佔據了很大的位置，但我很喜歡。 A few months ago, I opened a tea house called "Sunlight Mountain Tea House," continuing my venture from four years ago when I established the Sunlight Mountain Wild Tea Garden in Yilan, along with a tea-themed bookstore called "Sunlight Mountain Forest Tea Bookstore." It's difficult to describe my daily tasks because they encompass a wide range of activities. Apart from tending to plants, marketing, event planning, exhibition curation, accounting, serving tea, organizing inventory, pricing items, arranging displays, cleaning, handling shipments, extensively tasting and evaluating teas, setting up tea ceremonies, selecting teas and teaware that I like, or visiting customers. Because we have limited manpower, these tasks take up a lot of time to complete thoroughly. Additionally, I enjoy going to tea mountains and processing tea with tea farmers, experiencing the journey from land to teapot. My work also involves tea packaging design, which is something I particularly enjoy, perhaps due to my background in art education. I like giving different teas interesting names and writing descriptions in various languages, while also seeking more eco-friendly packaging materials. My family works together in this endeavor. The space design of the tea house was a collaboration between me and my mother. Understanding the source and history of the tea we drink is important to me. The beauty of tea, along with the emotions it evokes, is not only about taste and aroma but also about visual experiences of beauty. Of course, I also spend a lot of time studying, expanding my knowledge of tea, exploring new flavors, and learning about tea cultures from different regions. Tea plays a significant role in my life, but I thoroughly enjoy it.
