For David, he suggests recording with his office behind him. This shows his viewers that he is a successful realtor with a large office – just as he is. Next, be sure that the lighting in your video is right. Todd suggests using natural lighting that will warm up your face and show depth and background. The warmer your face, the friendlier you appear. You can also add to the friendliness of your video by using a soft and natural tone in your voice. When positioning your hands, use one hand to hold your phone and your thumb to start and stop recording.
