J Sculpt vs Sweet Sweat | Fitness Belt & Waist Trainer Review

Hey Fam! I am starting my 2021 Fitness journey and thought I'd motivate myself by investing in a new Fitness Belt! I went back and forth between just using my current Sweet Sweat Belt or purchasing a J-Sculpt Belt that I have seen all over my instagram, TikTok and Youtube recommendations! I was very curious if the J-Sculpt belt worked well for fitness, and if the sizing would be accurate based on my initial research and reviews that I saw. I took the plunge anyway and decided to get the belt especially since the company does promotions quite often! Now I will say the J-Sculpt Sizing was very tight for a fitness belt! But the quality was great. On the other hand the sweet sweat is a great overall fitness belt that I can use during any workout without feeling any restrictions!
