Hi guys, today we're going to be walking through an Ancient Egyptian city, with the surrounding necropolis and agricultural areas. This particular build is meant to be based on old kingdom Egypt, with much of the main city being partially deserted or ruined as the capital city has moved elsewhere over the centuries. Hutla is the main focus of this build, and is a city built during the pre-dynastic times of this world. Hutla is home to three temples: two are still in use with one of these two being partially damaged due to flooding, with the third being abandoned and starting to be swallowed up by the desert. Being an old capital city, Hutla hosts a royal palace that is still in use and serves periodically for ceremonial purposes. The Hutlan necropolis is home to three pyramids and many tombs underneath the sand lost to time. In this video, we explore the biggest two: the pyramids of Nekh'tuanakh I and of Menkhu II. Later on, we explore the adjacent settlement of Femtis: a town/city still in construction based on a small river delta set to become a large centre of agricultural commerce in the future due to it's location on the sea and river.
