《竹・青》, 臺灣首演 作曲｜江賜良 指揮｜劉江濱 場次｜2020竹塹國樂節－樂讚風城 日期｜2020.07.18 地點｜新竹市文化局演藝廳 竹青是新竹青年國樂團的簡稱。而竹青是一個非常具有代表性的團隊。我現場看了由劉江濱老師指揮演出的竹青專場音樂會，他那股對國樂的熱情與衝勁深深地打動了我。因此我就決定為他與竹青國樂團寫一首合奏曲。樂曲中滲透了「竹子象徵的意義」，就像是竹青的一個小縮影。訴說著竹青對國樂毫不動搖的毅力，追求著音樂幸福的過程。 竹子的花語象徵： 君之風度、虛心品格長壽安寧、生命的柔韌堅強、青春永駐、氣節和傲骨、幸福和諧。 獻給第十屆竹塹國樂節，祝願青年國樂人走向世界，迎向未來！ -------- “Green・Bamboo”, Taiwan Premiere Composer｜Simon, Kong Su-Leong Conductor｜Liu Chiang-Pin Concert｜2020 Hsinchu Chinese Music Festival – Music in Hsinchu Date｜2020.07.18 Venue｜Hsinchu Performing Arts Center, Taiwan "Chu Chin" (green bamboo) is the abbreviation of "Hsinchu City Youth Chinese Orchestra'' (HCYCO), which is iconic among orchestras in Taiwan. “Bamboo” is tied heavily to multiple referents deeply rooted in Chinese culture: gentlemanship, modestness, longevity and tranquility, the toughness of life, youthfulness, integrity and unyieldingness, happiness and harmony, etc. I once sat in the audience and listened to their concert conducted by Liu Chiang-Pin; his passion and enthusiasm towards Chinese music deeply touched me and drove me to this composition as a gift for HCYCO. The piece narrates their perseverance in Chinese music and the journey of pursuing musical happiness. The symbolism of bamboo penetrates throughout the entire piece, using the imagery of bamboo to symbolise the orchestra. The piece is dedicated to the 10th Hsinchu Chinese Music Festival. I bless the younger generation of Chinese Music that the seed of our music can be dispersed in every continent in the future.
