Welcome to my channel and anorexia recovery vlog! This one is all about Fear foods for lunch!!!! Since I started eating lunch a few months ago, I got stuck in my ways with having a cereal bar for my lunch. It was safe and comfortable and it became my routine. But I knew I needed to challenge this. I needed to progress my anorexia recovery. A cereal bar is not a normal lunch…or a nutritious lunch. So I decided I needed to tackle this. It was time I needed to start having proper lunches and challenging some fear foods. Last week I challenged fear foods for breakfast which you can watch on my vlog here ( • Anorexia recovery // Fear Foods for Breakfast ) & now it’s time for lunch. I challenge wraps, tuna, rice and the big one….PIZZA!!! Pizza for lunch!!! It has all been very scary but so liberating. It is a bit like What I eat in a day but more What I eat at lunch.
