movie: Spencer (2021) It's a beautiful film! song: in this shirt by the irrepressibles I watched Spencer. I have to say that I was surprised to see Kristen Stewart actually acting. These last months, because of sleep deprivation added to a lot of other things related to my personal life, I cracked and I have struggled with some mental health issues. Because of my recent and new experiences I connected to Diana's story in this movie very easily. The film is so wonderful first of all. The director has an amazing sensibility and with his talent he can recreate visually profound emotions and feelings. I felt trapped with Diana in that house for almost 2 hours, I felt the suffocating atmosphere and I was tired of being watched and told what to do. When she ran I felt the joy of liberation. The portray of Diana's relationship with her sons was so pure and natural, the game in the night made me very emotional. One thing I have to say though. The ending... I think it was too superficial for how deep and sad the movie was till that point. I mean... after 2 hours of struggling with Diana on her emotional journey I cannot smile so quick and feel the song that was playing in the car. Anyway, I love this movie more than I thought I would.
