EDIT: This is no longer the fastest completion of Kaizo. The new record is held by Fethy75. Also, everything below this sentance is from the original description. Man, just over six minutes. :( Frames: 48491 Rerecords: 15375 Timing (using Dainegai's timing): Start: First frame of input on the overworld (23019) Finish: Frame the last Mechakoopa hits Bowser (44633) 44633 - 23019 = 21614 21614 / 60 = 360.23 = 6;00.23 Final Timing (using Dainegai's timing): Start: First frame of intro (514) Finish: Frame the last Mechakoopa hits Bowser (44633) 44633 - 514 = 44119 44119 / 60 = 735.316 = 12;15.32 I'm pretty satisfied with how the TAS turned out. The water level took only like 10 minutes because of a trick I found to do 1/1 easily (though, slowdown screws it up, so it took a while to get through those parts). The Red Switch Palace might have been a little faster if I'd done L+R a little farther back from the pipe, but I couldn't get much farther without running into a muncher. Also, even though I hated doing Level 7 when I was playing Kaizo savestateless, it happen to be my favorite level to TAS. It also put me far in the lead of Dainegai. As for Bowser's Castle, the boss battle turned out perfect. When I got to the third part of the battle, Bowser tossed out the Mechakoopas earlier than he normally does, so I managed to finsh the battle faster.
