Testing 3 Rechargeable Air Pumps on Inflatable Kayaks - I bought 3 different rechargeable air pumps all of which claim to be able to inflate boat chambers. Are they any good? Let's have a look... Since buying these I have realised they have another useful purpose. They're small and lightweight. When I swan off on a kayak/camping trip they're useful to take instead of the large pump. If I do happen to need to repair the boat, or get a leak while away, I can fix the boat and put some air in with one of these. Whilst it wouldn't be enough to fully inflate it, it would be enough to get me back.
