After our three-day crossing from Greece to Sicily, we stretch our legs by hiking up Mt Etna, an active volcano. While waiting for a weather window to Messina, we explore Riposto town and nearby Taormina. We gatecrash the pool bar at the 5-star Capo Taormina, the setting for Luc Besson's classic freediving film The Big Blue. El gets inspired and goes for a freedive to check out the underwater caverns and wildlife.
