Finding materials to build with is not as easy as going to Home Depot or Rona and buying whatever it is you want when you’re in central America. Tableco is a company that collects plastic bottles and turns them into useable 1“ x 8“ tongue and groove planks. We have formed a partnership with Tableco, and now they are manufacturing the wall inserts and the tongue and groove boards used for Rad Pad flooring. In this video, we show a system and process developed by Rad Pads building Director Gabriel. Sometimes you have to improvise and use a single simple tool to execute something that would normally take many expensive specialty tools. The Rad Pad wall inserts are made from recycled plastic bottles, and assembled with only the assistance of a Skil saw and a template jig designed by Rad pad.
